Returns and Pre Order Policy

RETURNS POLICY 

  • We are happy to accept returns for change of mind or if you are not entirely happy with a product.  Please contact us info@immyandindi.com.au to get information on how to arrange the return within 20 days of receipt of your purchase.

  • Postage fees for returns for change of mind will not be refunded. If your original purchase qualified for free shipping then the postage cost of sending your original order will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are not accepted for products we have specially ordered in for you unless deemed faulty.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund - please email info@immyandindi.com.au if you have any problems with your received item.

  • We will arrange a refund, return or replacement on any goods that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition - in accordance with Australian consumer law legislation. We will reimburse you for any return postage costs involved. 

PRICES

All prices are quoted are GST inclusive in AUD.

PRE-ORDERS

  • A pre order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for popular item that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock. We endeavour to give the firmest estimated delivery time with all our pre orders however sometimes due to supply delays outside our control this is not always possible.

  • Please note that order that include other products will not be shipped until the pre-order item is available, as they will be sent as one delivery.
