Shipping

We are offering free local delivery for those within our local area (4km of Brunswick East) for all purchases over $20.  A free delivery option will pop up at checkout.  Please note that the only way to pay for free delivery is via ShopPay (Paypal and other methods will not work unfortunately).  Please ensure that if you are located in an apartment building you provide your phone number so we can contact you to arrange delivery.
  • Orders are generally processed and packed the same day to be posted the following Business Day (except Mondays and Tuesdays when we are closed).
  • Our courier providers do not deliver to PO Box addresses or parcel lockers. 
  • Most parcels are marked authority to leave if possible.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is ready for delivery.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all Australian orders over $150* (excluding large furniture).

For orders less than $150*, the following flat rates apply:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will automatically have 10% of their total order deducted at checkout (the tax component does not apply for international orders). Please note that depending on the value of your transaction and the duty requirements of your country, your order may be subject to duties or taxes payable to your government, and such fees will be your responsibility to pay.

Immy + Indi has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges. 

Please allow 10 Business Days for delivery after you receive your order confirmation.  You will receive a tracking number in order to track the status of delivery. This delivery date estimate does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance.
